The scope of data

We collect personal data in several ways:

  • directly from you, e.g. on a conferences, recruitment fairs, form on our websites or Facebook
  • from HR/Recruitment agencies that you work with
  • from business-oriented community portals, like Golden Line, LinkedIn or XING
  • by recommendation

We collect, in particular, your: first name, last name, email, phone number, source of your data, CV or letter of application. If appropriate, we can obtain additional data, depending on the needs, within the framework of the co-operation.

Recipients of the personal data

We do not disclose your Personal Data to third parties without your consent. If you had given us consent, we may pass your application to our business partners.

Transfers of data to third countries

Some of our recruitment data is stored in systems delivered by other companies, located outside European Economic Area. In such cases we always execute the data processing agreement witch such companies based on standard data protection clauses in accordance with GDPR.

Period of data processing

We will process your personal data:

  • as long as we will be performing projects and render services on the subject or in technologies that we think might be of interest to you
  • until you withdraw your consent (in case of processing your data based on consent)
  • until you effectively object (in case of processing your data based on legitimate interest)
  • up to 3 years after finished recruitment process for purposes of establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims

The following information indicates what data we collect, purposes for collecting it as well as who we disclose it to.

In order to perform contract we gather both identification data (including full name, ID or passport number) as well as contact data (phone number, email, address). We gather also data on your previous employment, education or additional qualifications.

Protection of buildings, property, and assets as well as establishing safety inside the buildings. Art. 6 Paragraph 1 point f) GDPR

The scope of data

Due to the fact that you are visiting our buildings or their closest neighbourhood, our cctv cameras might have recorded your image.

If you did not have access card at the time we collect also your data (first name, last name, signature) in our building entrance register (either paper or electronic).

Recipients of the personal data

We might disclose your data:

  • to entities working with us in order to ensure protection of buildings, properties and assets (in particular to security agencies)
  • to entities providing us with electronic building entrance register
  • to public authorities or bodies authorized by law (e.g. courts, prosecutors, supervisory authorities)

In legitimate cases we might disclose recording to third parties (e.g. in case of recording of car incident on the parking lot) but we do it with respect to the privacy of bystanders.

Period of data processing

We will be storing data from video monitoring for up to 1 month of the recording date.

Data in a paper building entrance register will be stored until the register is filled up, and after that event for up to 1 month.

Data in an electronic building entrance register will be stored for 3 months since the data collection.

Your rights

In case of legitimate interest you may:

  • request access to your data, to its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing
  • object to the processing of your personal data

If you think that we are processing your personal data with a violation of applicable regulations you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority .
